All three of these files are different versions yet look the same. Makes it difficult to differentiate which one is the up-to-date binary.
The package name string should instead be something like
Spotube-3.9.0-windows-x86_64-setup.exe Spotube-3.9.0-linux-x86_64
to allow differentiating between the different versions
