ReferenceError: global is not defined #16

Describe the bug
local server can't access the variable "global"
-> ReferenceError: global is not defined

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

find any other repo

cd ANY_OTHER_REPO_PATH
npm install pinyin4js

// run local server, like mine
npm run dev

Expected behavior
Enter local devwebsite
