Make it easy to get off adictive websites when you decide you want to leave
- puts button at bottom of screen when on addictive websites
- its currently broken into 2 create-react-apps; 1 for settings page , 1 for inject script becuase they each require a differnt index.js injection method
- neeed to run `npm run build-extenion` in each for it to build
- share common dependecies like chrome config.js
