Align spelling of "sub-device"

Revision 11, the template allows to set only the revision 10. Not sure if it's a bug/feature request, so using the blank template.

In the glossary the term "sub-device" is used (see "descendent device" & "root device"). However, the rest of the specification uses the term "sub device". I suggest choosing one unique spelling.

Thanks for pointing this out. Fixed in #946 and #947 should prevent this from happening again.

I think we should use the hyphenated form because:

• The OpenCL spec uses the hyphenated form consistently, and
• The SYCL spec (and the OpenCL spec) hyphenates "sub-group" consistently.

I could be convinced to change it to "subdevice" (no hyphen and a single word) because I think this is the common spelling in English. However, then I think we should also change "sub-group" to "subgroup". English typically discourages using a hyphen after "sub", but we seem to use hyphens pretty consistently elsewhere, so I'm inclined to keep that style.

I made this change in #950. Although this is editorial, I'll keep it open for a little while to see if there are any objections.
