Rendering and presentation chapter still refers to render passes

The Rendering and presentation still has a full paragraph on render passes:

Even though the tutorial no longer uses render passes, but dynamic rendering instead.

On the other hand, it does not talk about the explicit barriers used in actual code :/

@gpx1000 : Can you take a look? I was inclined to remove that paragraph, but then realized that the explicit barriers used aren't explained at all, so instead of removing that paragraph we need a proper replacement. That whole chapter btw. needs quite some cleanup as it's still mostly based on the original tutorial. I'm doing parts of that in #246
