[Refactor Earning] Remove Legacy `bonding` and move necessary utils to `earning-service`

• All existing logic for the earning feature has been successfully migrated to the earning-service, but the bonding directory was retained as a temporary safeguard. We now need to complete the refactoring process to clean up the codebase.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Permanently remove legacy bonding directory and move any using utils and types into earning-service
• Completely removed the bonding directory from the project structure.
• Move any using utils and types to earning-service.
