Extension - Performance issue when wallet has many accounts, then submitting transactions.

Precondition:
Wallet has many accounts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 1 functions in wallet
2. Perform the function, submit transaction
3. Close transaction history popup
4. Observe

Actual result:
The screen freezes (or displays a paused state).

Expected result:
The screen should not freeze
