WebApp - Transaction failed in case transfer max with balance = ED

Describe the bug
Transaction fails when using the "Transfer Max" function while the remaining balance equals ED.

Pre-condition: Account have balance= 1DOT

Steps:

1. Perform transfer max DOT with balance = ED
2. Observe the displayed screen

Actual: Transaction failed
