Make some tools available from game

Crash Assistant has various tools besides the analysis of a specific crash, perhaps some could be made available in-game by opening its main popup via the mod menu. Preferably the text would then be changed like "User opened this window manually.".

• Reading and uploading latest.log and launcher logs
• Getting the mod list diff (though management buttons should be grayed out until game is closed)
• Integrated/dedicated GPU check
• Microcode check
• The analysis tools

Integrated/dedicated GPU check is happening on game start or on crash(only in cases there this check is not reached, e.g. earlycrashes). So for this already done.
