Items dissapear in Workbench Plus

Describe the bug

Items disappear once placed into the Workbench Plus and go over 64 items. They are actually still there but are just invisible.

It doesn't happen in Singleplayer.

Got it working with Items being piped into the Workbench.

When you click on any item in the box in the upper half the bug reappered.

Otherwise, just craft your wished item.

This issue is happening to me currently on ATM9. I tried to pipe the items in as Jona said but it still doesn't work. Items are invisible and don't register, stopping me from crafting anything that requires over a stack of an item.

In 1.20.1 with Multi Player mode only? I think I should rewrite all code for Workbench as the Minecraft can't handle stacked item fine.
I think it's just a sync issue and you are still able to click the slot where the result item should be appear(check in single player mode) to start work.
