PR 5.5: Deploy non-prod Redis Cluster #349

Description

@KurodaKayn

What to build

Create a non-production Redis Cluster that represents the intended final topology. The environment should be managed or self-hosted according to provider availability and should support failover, resharding, backup restore, TLS/auth, metrics, and safe teardown.

Acceptance criteria

  • Non-prod Redis Cluster is deployed with the selected topology, network access, TLS/auth, and provider-required settings documented.
  • Failover and resharding tests are run and recorded with observed behavior and timing.
  • Backup and restore are verified against the non-prod Cluster.
  • Per-node, per-slot, failover, memory, and hot-key metrics are visible or documented as provider gaps.
  • Teardown or rollback steps destroy the non-prod Cluster without touching production Redis.
