Create docker-compose

Could we create docker-compose.ymal for developers to pull it and run it on their local

Currently you can create and run separate docker containers for each of the supported exchange systems (Bybit, Coinbase, Binanace). Please find instructions in the corresponding folders.

We currently have almost 30 microservices that all run independently.
Including all those within a single docker-compose might require significant resources on the local machine.
The only external dependency that each of the microservices has is connection to an Open Search cluster (this were the metrics go and get visualized)
