Improve Themis output

When Themis prints out its results, it needs to give more details. For example, Themis prints "Software discriminates against [['Sex'], ['Race']]". Themis needs to instead say if it's causal or group discrimination, what the discrimination score is, what the confidence level is, and what the error bound is.
