Title screen offset for Fabric

Fabric seems to lack title screen offset, at least for 1.21.1, and since the button overlaps with another button, this causes problems for me.

NeoForge does have the option, just that Fabric lacks it.

ah it is in 1.21.2, but not 1.21.1, bruh, I cannot use 1.21.2 as 1.21.1 is the only common version across the mods I use.

is it planned for this to be backported to 1.21.1 Fabric? (I will not use FancyMenu, because of personal experience of interactions with the dev, which when I came back to modpack making I finally decided to drop usage of their mods.)
