I want to install Dopamine. It requires boot args (launchd_ignore_boot_task_failure=1 amfi_unrestrict_task_for_pid=1 launchdsuffix=dopamine wdt=-1). How do I do this correctly?

you have to change the source of vphone-cli, and modify the patch to unpin the boot-args.
