Title: Enterprise certificate trust does not persist after reboot on VPhone JB variant

Issue

On VPhone JB variant, enterprise certificate trust does not persist after device reboot.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install an enterprise-signed IPA on VPhone JB variant
2. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management
3. Tap on the enterprise profile
4. Tap Trust / Allow
5. Device prompts for reboot
6. After reboot, the enterprise certificate trust is not saved
7. App still fails to launch with "invalid code signature" error

Expected Behavior

Enterprise certificate trust should persist after reboot, allowing enterprise-signed apps to launch.

Actual Behavior

Trust state is lost after reboot, requiring the trust process to be repeated with no success.

Additional Context

• This prevents enterprise-signed apps from running on VPhone JB variant
• Real iOS devices properly persist the trust state after reboot
• TrollStore GUI file browser also appears empty, preventing alternative installation method
