GM Model Parameters #1
Description
In the GM Model, the values for the parameters DMLE and PhiMLE seemed to have been swapped. During unit testings, the values shown in the data sheet seemed to have been reversed so either the GM.py has labeled them incorrectly or the model_data.xlsx file is wrong.
