All three waves merged to main on 2026-09-08: W01 #5239 (f8ad097), W02 #5258 (7ebac29), W03 #5260 (6dbded0). Hand-entered network assets are discovered_assets rows with source='manual', nullable IP held by two CHECKs, website/service types with URL, POST /devices/network (MFA-gated like the discovery mutators), Add-network-asset entry points on Devices and Monitoring, HTTP-check hand-off, partner inventory projection, docs, e2e spec.

Not verified live: the W03 Playwright spec (manual-network-asset.spec.ts) ran only in CI, not against a local stack; the HTTP-check monitor hand-off has not been exercised in production. Unreleased — ships with the next release. Request issue: #5213.
