Good job @coziboy - I'll make sure we take a look at the package to try to help you improve/promote it!

The first thing that struck me was that there is no screenshot - a screenshot MASSIVELY helps in getting more downloads. "A picture is worth 1000 words" you know 🤣 Other than that the readme looks proper, well done! I'll give more feedback and maybe submit PRs if needed after I give it a whirl. I recommend anybody else seeing this thread to do the same!

Second: There is a conflict. I have mailcoach installed. And these two lines in src/LogUserActivityForBackpackServiceProvider.php

        Paginator::defaultView('log-user::vendor.pagination.bootstrap-4');
        Paginator::defaultSimpleView('log-user::vendor.pagination.bootstrap-4');

are causing then errors in mailcoach making it unusable.

@CodeDredd , thanks for reporting that, but please open an issue in that project's repo - https://github.com/coziboy/log-user-activity-for-backpack/issues - that way @coziboy can take a look at it. This is a general repo for Backpack Addons, not that project in particular. It does sound like something that should NOT be happening inside the ServiceProvider to me... it's way too broad. Also... no idea why the package would need that in the first place... 🤷‍♂️

@coziboy ... sorry for dropping the ball on this one, I completely forgot to take another look at it, improve it or promote it. I've started doing that now, submitted a few small PRs and ideas. Good job, I think it's on the right path to becoming the go-to interface for anyone using spatie/laravel-activitylog 👏👏👏

Let's move the conversation to the repo itself, I'm now watching and following it.

Awesome! I think a fork will be the best way. That way, in case @coziboy decides to maintain it again, you can push to your fork together, or you can merge your fork into his older repo.
