Image Display Notification

I've been testing your app to forward from gotify to matrix, but I've seen that the element client doesn't show the images, maybe some matrix clients will not download images from remote servers must be which will grab references images, and upload them to Matrix as embedded media, can u said me if u have this issue?, thanks
