[Bug]: Chapter 3 Quest "Upgrading storage units" in Wrong Spot

Bug Description

The Chapter 3 quest "Upgrading storage units" is in the wrong spot. It is dependent on the quest "Digital Revolution," the quest introducing Integrated Circuits. However, the recipe for basic storage units (what the quest is about) doesn't include any integrated circuits.

I feel as if a better location for this quest would be sprouting off of Chapter 2's "32x Seared Brick," as this are the correct resource barring basic storage units.

((also i dont know if 'bug' is the right descriptor for this but it doesn't really seem like im requesting a feature rn))

Sadly I didn’t, I only added fluid tank units to that quest :(
