Describe the bug

When I launch an app, and then go back to the main menu, the animation doesn't work properly and there is a "ghost" icon of the app, at the wrong place. See GIF below.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch an app
  2. Go back home (I used the swipe gesture)
  3. The icon of the app appears on the wrong place

Expected behavior

The ghost icon should not appear.

Device information

  • Device: OnePlus Nord (avicii)
  • OS: CRDroid 11 (Android 15)
  • App version : 15.dev(1974)

Additional context

The ghost icon disappears when I move something on the screen (swiping, launching another app etc)

+1 The app icon animation from apps on the dock is also bugged.

+1 same issue here, been happening for a while

Can be seen on the misaligned Spotify icon.

Not a pressing issue as it's only cosmetic, but it does seem to bring down the premium feel of the launcher a bit.

The ghost icon is fixed indeed but there is no animation at all now. Normally the icon slides back in place. Now there is just a flash of the previous app screen and no animation.

When swiping up from bottom of screen the animation is visible but not fluent. When swiping back from right side of screen like in previous video there is no animation.

This implementation allows users to configure their preferred overlay animation mode when closing app

Enabled seamless switching between `FADE_IN` and `SUCK_IN`

When I leave an app by swiping it will jump to a random spot until interact with the screen again.
