Describe the bug

When Show labels is disabled in Home Screen settings, the icons are acting as if the labels are still there, just hidden, creating a vertical offset for the icons that doesn't match with widgets.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Home Settings » Home Screen'
  2. Under "Icons", disable 'Show labels'
  3. Go back to home screen and hold on an icon
  4. See the Y offset on the icons

Expected behavior

Icons are centered in relation to their grid position when labels are disabled
