[FEATURE] Icons -> replace with pic from filemanager

Describe the feature

Icon change (Homescreen) is currently only possible with system icons to choose from, or from iconset app. Should be able to choose a pic from file storage (using filemanager). Like in Nova Launcher, for instance.

Why would it be useful to add?

In order to have the app's preloaded icon replaced by a better one.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

I second this. An example of why this is useful:
I make custom icons to represent app icon gesture shortcuts. E.g. swiping up or down opens a different app. 🙂 This way, I won't forget.
