[BUG] "Widgets" disappearing from pop up menu

Describe the bug

When you lock home screen and then unlock then the option for Widgets disappears from pop up menu items.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable "Widgets" as an option in pop up menu
2. Long press home screen
3. Lock home screen
4. Long press home screen
5. Unlock home screen
6. Long press home screen
7. Widgets option is gone

Expected behavior

Widgets option should return automatically when unlocking home screen

I wouldn't say that this is a "bug" but rather a "regression", as the current system doesn't save the state (to simplify things). Will look into fixing this later.

Is there any way to recover the ability to add widgets after triggering this bug, without full data clear?

Just enable the toggles in edit pop up options
