Describe the feature

Please add options to rearrange folders in app drawer and the apps inside the folders

Why would it be useful to add?

To customise the way you want.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

Yes

Example(s)

Create some folders for app drawer.
You can't rearrange them after creation.

Open a folder in app drawer.
You can't rearrange apps inside.
