[FEATURE] RSS/Feedly integration for the "Feed" section.

Describe the feature

Adding an RSS option or integration with another RSS reader for the "Feed" section to replace Google Feed. Feedly or ReadYou comes to mind instantly.

Why would it be useful to add?

Opens up to customization for the users! Google Feed is already a dumbed-down, "smart" feed. A custom RSS feed would be much more useful for some that do have their list of sources.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

This is just Feedly on it's own, however having it as part of the home screen would be awesome!
