[FEATURE] Option to move label closer to icons

Describe the feature

Sometimes labels are right in the middle between 2 apps or sometimes they are closer to the icon below instead of the one above like they should be.
Add an option to change the space in between the app icon and the label.

Why would it be useful to add?

Sometimes labels look to far away and look off

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
