[FEATURE] Option to disable the bobbing animation when I move out of an app

Describe the feature

When I move out of an app, the app icon bobs up and down.

I would like an option to disable this.

Why would it be useful to add?

The animation grabs attention for no reason. It's driving me nuts since trying the latest nightly.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

If you need a temporary fix, it appears it doesn't do this when using button navigation or if you want gestures with one of these gesture navigation apps, my recommendation there is vivid navigation gestures.
