[BUG] slow, inconsistency and timing issues on app closing animation

Describe the bug

Slow animation issue:
When closing an app sometimes the screen doesn't appear instantly

Animation timing issues:
When closing an app the animation doesn't match the closing speed

Inconsistency issues:
Sometimes the app closing animation doesn't behave properly( looks like the animation is shrinking from the sides), or sometimes the animation doesn't appear at all

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open an app
2. Leave the apl running for a long time, or just don't(bugs will happen either way)
3. Close the app

Expected behavior

Closing animation should be consistent
