[FEATURE] Sorting/Rearranging apps in app drawer folders

Describe the feature

It's great that there's app drawer folders but it's seems that apps inside them are ending up in a completely random order, not even alphabetical like in the "manage apps" list when editing the folder

Adding drag and drop rearranging for the apps inside the app drawer folder and sorting handle (=) in "manage apps" list would've improve the UX

Also, re-arranging/sorting of created folders in the app drawer would also be nice, since for now they are arranged just by creation time

As of now, when you start to drag and drop an app in the app drawer folder it goes straight to home screen – If you need to retain this feature (moving apps from app drawer folder to home screen), drag and drop and app from folder to home screen could be triggered only outside the folder boundaries
