[BUG] Widgets block swiping between pages

Describe the bug

A lot of people like me like to fill their homescreen with widgets, but when I do that, it's almost impossible to swipe between pages. IDK if that's an intended feature or not, if it is, then at least add an option to disable it.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add any widget to homescreen
2. Try to swipe between pages while your finger is on the widget.

Expected behavior

To be able to swipe between pages while hovering over widgets.
