Layout elements not aligned until after page refresh

This code is not open-source and I haven't been able to repro in a clean project just yet, but I've spent a lot of time trying to get this to work so I thought I'd ask if anyone has seen a similar issue:

1. Naviagte here: https://retruate.studio/
2. Click "Chart"
3. Refresh

Notice how the legend, which was pushed to the bottom, now is properly aligned to the left but only after a page refresh.

This is a .NET 8 web app with interactive server render mode. I will try to work on a repro.
