Cleanup the landing page

Before initial release, the landing page (which is rendered [with this component](https://github.com/jointheleague/Gateway-Mockup/blob/master/imports/ui/Homepage.jsx)) may need some cleanup work. Make sure the formatting looks professional and all the text is up to date with our current project and its mission.
