Failed to download the latest Mac version (9.14)

It worked fine for V9.13 but it cannot download the latest V9.14 Mac version. I haven't tried Windows version, however.

The command I used was LeagueDownloader.exe solution -d 4 -n lol_game_client_sln -o LATEST -u http://akacdn.riotgames.com/releases/Maclive. It downloaded 0.0.1.98 instead, which is V9.13.
