Found the root cause and opened a fix in #11.

The proxy was passing the Claude model id (claude-sonnet-4-20250514) straight through to Gemini without remapping it. Gemini doesn't recognise that name, hence the 404.

The fix detects any claude-* model id in the request and maps it to the active provider model before forwarding. Your setup (gemini-2.5-flash) should work without any changes on your end once the PR is merged.
