譜面無法撥放 #167

问题出现的位置
MajdataView出现了问题。
问题描述
在MajdataEdit中選擇任意譜面進行播放時，會停頓數秒後彈出"請確保你打開了MajdataView且端口(8013)暢通"錯誤。
已經使用netstat -ano | find /i "8013"進行確認，在停頓期間內會保持TCP SYN_SENT的狀態，報錯窗口出現後消失。
它是怎么出现的
某一次開機後出現。
它可以复现吗
可以並且百分之百復現。
不論何種情況下(View隨Edit打開，View先開或是View後開，乃至使用不同版本的View)，都能復現此錯誤。
