[Feature request]: Tool Presets

If we add more options, the user needs to configure more and more

Add an option to have presets for tools (highlighter for pen).

Additional context

To select them:

• Add presets category in add dialog
• Add dropdown to select a preset

(maybe we need to have localizable names?)

Doesn't the app already have this? You can save the toolbar of any of your files to a toolbar in a custom package. That way you can use it in any other file of yours.

Sure but if you want to save a highlighter tool you may not want to replace the whole toolbar
