UI not distinguishable when default mode for device is dark-mode. #18

Describe the bug
some ui components which are dark in color by default are not clearly visible when default mode of device is dark-mode.

Expected behavior
UI components needs to be visible properly

Solution

  1. Make app run in forced light mode.
  2. Make app ui components to auto adapt to light and dark themes
