Add health checker and autohealth to restart unhealthy containers

I have started to use the parameter 'healthcheck' on my docker compose files to monitor the health of the container.

Adding to that, i have another container running 'autohealth' that restart any containers that becomes unhealthy/stops.

I think it is a good idea to add to the docker compose files generated by the python scripts
