Ping CID fails on ICE

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to get the datavalues of the ICE series (Model Y and Model 3). Even if I connect with the toolbox 3, ping cid will not work. Does anyone know how can I ping the CID of a Model 3 or Model Y?
