Learning rate changing

Hi， thanks a lot for sharing your excellent work.

I wonder if I want to change learning rate with epoch increasing, how do I set parameter **lr**
 and **final_lr** in adamnboound ?  Or is there any need changing learining rate with epoch increasing?
