Author pages broken

It seems I've forgotten to generate the pages for Author profiles in routes such as example.com/author/matt-hall.

This was an issue in my repo, not in Neanderthal. Make sure that a matching entry in nconfig.js exists for any author referenced in the blog post.

Will add a warning if the author is not found in nconfig.js in a future PR. Leaving open for now.
