Add a generator script for Azure Application IDs from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/active-directory/verify-first-party-apps-sign-in.

I have the generator script ready to go but there is a dependency that a new attribute type of 'azure-application-id' would need to be created in MISP Core.
