Proxmox Helper Scripts one option does not work

Thank you so much for reporting this — great catch!

The issue has been identified and fixed. The problem was that the script's notes were too long and caused the dialog window to overflow, which made it silently fail and return to the previous menu.

The fix is already available in the beta version. If you'd like to try it right away, feel free to switch to the beta branch.
Otherwise, it will be included in the next stable release, which is coming very soon.
