[FEATURE] Forward monitoring data via MQTT

Description

Would be nice to forward some or all the monitoring parameters to a MQTT server. The ProxMenux WebUI should provide an option to configure single datapoints to be forwarded to a MQTT server. The MQTT interface should support Homeassistant MQTT auto discovery. Benefit: out of the box integration of the Proxmox sensors, no YAML knowledge needed.

Motivation

Smooth / easy integration of the monitoring data into smarthome platforms, especially Home Assistant. Current integration via REST API sensors (YAML) is a lot of effort and challenging for "normal" users.

There are already some Home Assistant integrations for proxmox available. But none of them provide as many datapoints as ProxMenux does. Especially the CPU temperature is not available in the current integrations.

Forwarding monitoring data via MQTT (especially with Home Assistant MQTT auto discovery support) is definitely an interesting feature and aligns well with the goal of making ProxMenux more accessible and easier to integrate into smart home platforms.

We will take this into consideration and evaluate how this functionality could be integrated in future versions of ProxMenux — either as a native MQTT exporter or as an optional module configurable from the WebUI.

In the meantime, it's already possible to make use of the ProxMenux API to export monitoring data (such as CPU usage, temperatures, storage stats, etc.) to external platforms like Home Assistant using REST sensors. While this may require some manual configuration (e.g., YAML), it provides a flexible way to integrate Proxmox monitoring data into existing home automation setups.

Thanks again for the idea — improving out-of-the-box integrations with platforms like Home Assistant is definitely something we’d like to continue exploring moving forward.
