Laundry List of Todos - Any help Appreciated

Dear all,

as written separately, I have become a bottleneck in maintaining this application, which keeps it from evolving further.
Therefore, I am looking for help to bring this to the next level.

I am putting some ideas down where help would be appreciated / but any other suggestions / volunteering is highly appreciated.
I've never taken a project from being a "one-man-show" to a proper democratized "open-source" project, thus any guidance in how to best do this is highly welcome.

Coding:

• Review open PRs & decide what to do with them

Issues:
̶-̶ ̶R̶e̶v̶i̶e̶w̶,̶ ̶c̶a̶t̶e̶g̶o̶r̶i̶z̶e̶ ̶&̶ ̶u̶p̶d̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶o̶p̶e̶n̶ ̶i̶s̶s̶u̶e̶s̶

• Provide user help & create fixes for reported bugs

Chores:

• Set up Issue templates
• Start a proper Wiki and slim down the "Readme" instead
• Update Contribute.md & maintainers.md to clarify how to merge code, do's ad don'ts for coding & what to expect
• Improve coding foundations (for example: Introduce uv, proper pyproject.toml).
• Code quality: Simplify / refactor code
• Discord: create a discord channel for maintainers and for users so they can subscribe / help each other more interactively

Next features:

• Let's discuss new features here & separate discussions which ones to go for / where to evolve this project to
• My proposal for now would be: There are some bugs reported from the v2 release; let's stabilize that first, and then we add new features as needed / desired

As I've neglected decluttarr this year (sorry!), there's already a bit of dust here and there.
If you'd like to start contributing today, my proposal would be to focus on the following first:

• Deal with open PRs
  Review: Do the PRs make sense? Are they ready to be merged? What is left to be done?
  Code: Help closing the gap to what is needed / merge

As every PR should be reviewed by somebody (other than the person who wrote the code) any help with code review is highly appreciated.
