Hello,
thanks for this project!

If I read the code correctly, PERMITTED_ATTEMPTS defines how many times in a row the downloads has to be slow/stalled. Or is it in total? E.g. does the counter reset if the download gets fast again?

Is it possible to update the docs accordingly just for better clarification? (For example just adding "in a row"). Thanks!
