New features and ideas

1. Some sort of transition for the story cell's content as you scroll down the screen. Something as simple as a quick fade in.
2. Hide Nav bar/tool bar when scrolling down the content on story, comments and browser sections. Similar to how Safari works.
3. Pull to refresh stories

I think I'm gonna need some kind of prototype for 1. I'm not sure where you would like to see the cell fading in/out.
