StripedBar Progress frame not changing.

I used striped bar in full screen and on device rotation I change Stripe Bar Frame, Frame is right on landscape & portrait but it will not affect on screen,

1. Scree in Portrait (Frame = (0, 0, 375, 667))

2. Screen in Landscape (Frame = (0, 0, 667, 375))

How can I change Striped Bar View Frame?
